Motorhomes Terms and Conditions
All Motorhomes have to be collected and returned to our rental depot in Glasgow. Motorhomes are not delivered or collected unless by prior arrangement which will incur additional costs.
Drivers must have held a full current driving licence for at least 3 years, which must be valid for the type of vehicle required. Age limits between 25-75 yrs.
Reservations can only be accepted via fax, email or in writing with valid credit card details and a booking deposit of £100. In the event of cancellation this deposit is non-refundable. Please purchase adequate insurance for travel and cancellation.
The balance of rental charges must be paid six weeks prior to the start of the hire or at the time of booking if later. If the balance is not paid when due, CARRENTALSCOTLAND.COM reserve the right to cancel the booking and any deposit is forfeited.
All rentals are insured for U.K. mainland use. Insurance excludes the first £750of each and every accident claim, the hirer must therefore deposit this amount prior to commencement of rental.
A security deposit of £750 is required at the start of the rental to cover any damages or expenses against the vehicle not covered by insurance. This deposit should take the form of an authorised credit card slip; alternative payment methods are available on request
CARRENTALSCOTLAND.COM reserve the right of offer alternative models with equivalent or similar specifications to those advertised or booked. Our fleet consists of different types in each category and our web site is only intended to illustrate the general layout. It may vary from type to type and our web site does not form the basis of a contract.
A familiarisation tour (approx. 40mins) is necessary to acquaint the hirer with all onboard equipment.
